Orders are processed within 2 hours and we aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days. During this time, we are upgrading all of our customers to express shipping so that they are able to get their products quicker.
We ask all customers to please provide as much information as possible when checking out. Adding a phone number and an email address is also advisable for drivers to contact you in case they are having trouble. Please note, if you don't receive your delivery due to not being at the delivery address, or you have entered a wrong address, we will not take responsibility for this. If your order is redirected back to us, we can offer a refund when it is back with us.
In rare circumstances, due to our products being shipped internationally, your country may require you to pay import taxes for this to be processed into the country. This is usually when our customers are placing an order for 4+ products. We cannot take responsibility for this charge.
